Why?

Quite a question :). Its only of late that I started getting interested in coins. I guess my fascination started when my friend stumbled on the St Alphonsa Rs 5 coin. I've been hooked onto it ever since. My main area of concentration is basically republic India coins. I was quite surprised to see that I found very less information about coin-collectors in my city. Hence I thought of starting a blog so that I could reach out to others with similar interests. So here I am :).
